Well, I got 1525 today, closing in on 40k. But now I need to make some serious changes earlier based on the scene I wrote today. Was supposed to be some serious sex, but ended up all about heroine's horrific past. In light of that, some reactions earlier need to be changed. That's what June is for, right? :)
Wow Gianna and Shoshanna! You guys rock! I did 984 of book reviews today (guesting Saturday at http://www.romancingthegenres.blogspot.com/ ) and I got my contest entry off for Harlequin today and about 300 words on my WIP. This wasn't a great word count week, but progress was still made. Still writing every day this month. Hoping for a killer word count day tomorrow night.

ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what June is for! :) I wrote 1K today to make up for the 1k I skipped yesterday, which means I still need to write 2K. Now.
ReplyDeleteI've found weekends are generally good for catching up. As long as I get up before everyone else and stay up after they go to bed!:)
